Step 2: Setup Your DM Channels
We’ll need access to your social inboxes — Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, and optionally TikTok — so Nzoka AI can reply automatically and handle guest communication.
TikTok does not officially support full DM automation yet. However, we can partially automate it by accessing the inbox directly for setup.
Steps:
1. Turn on Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your TikTok account.
2. Send us your TikTok login credentials securely.
3. We log in once, set up the DM interface and reply templates.
4. You change the password immediately after setup.
This is a temporary workaround — we’ll update you once TikTok allows native automation.
To activate automation on Instagram & Facebook, we must be added to your Meta Business Manager as a partner. Here’s how to do it:
1. Visit: business.facebook.com
2. Select your Business Manager account (or create one if it doesn’t exist).
3. On the left side menu, click “Business Settings.”
4. Under “Users” → Select “Partners” → click “Add.”
5. Choose “Give a partner access to your assets.”
6. Enter our Meta Business ID:

7. Select the assets to share access for:
- Your Facebook Page
- Your Instagram Account
8. Under each asset, grant us: Full Control or Admin Access
9. Click Save.
Once done, our team will connect Nzoka AI to your Instagram & Facebook inbox.
To automate WhatsApp replies, you’ll need a new number — your current number cannot be used on a phone once automation is live.
Important: Once a number is connected to the WhatsApp Cloud API, it cannot function in the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app again.
Steps:
1. Get a new dedicated number (not in use on any WhatsApp account).
2. We’ll initiate Cloud API registration on our side.
3. You’ll receive a 6-digit code by SMS — just send that to us.
4. Once verified, we’ll set up your WhatsApp automation.
After setup:
- Guests will receive replies from this number via Nzoka AI
- You’ll monitor and control everything from your phone, no more apps needed.
Telegram setup is simple and fast.
Steps:
1. Open Telegram and search for @BotFather.
2. Type /newbot and follow the instructions to:
- Give your bot a name (e.g., “Company Travel Bot”)
- Create a unique username (must end in “bot” e.g., companyassistant_bot)
**3. BotFather will reply with a Token (a long code) — copy it.
4. Send that Token to us securely.
We’ll handle the rest. Your Telegram inbox will now auto-reply using Nzoka AI.
Step 3: Train Nzoka AI on Your Business
Once inboxes are connected, we’ll request some basic info: Training takes 1–2 days max.
