1. How AI Is Used

• • We auto-reply based on your FAQs, pricing, and location data

• • Replies are generated in real time, based on rules and context

• • You can always override or manually update behavior

 

2. Data Sources & Use

• • Only the info you provide is used

• • DM content is anonymized for training when flagged

• • Your bot can be paused or modified anytime

 

3. Platform Access & Setup

• • Meta: we require Business Manager access

• • TikTok: we ask for one-time login (with password change afterward)

• • Telegram/WhatsApp: just a number; we handle setup

 

4. AI Transparency

• • All bots are disclosed to end users in your messaging settings

• • We do not collect, store, or share client DMs for advertising or analytics
