Terms of Service

Nzoka AI Ltd. (“Nzoka AI”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides travel-focused DM automation tools across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Telegram. These Terms govern your use of our services. By using Nzoka AI, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services We Offer
Nzoka AI provides:
- Automated replies to guest messages
- Trip planning assistance and curated activity suggestions
- Group trip automation
- Support via WhatsApp and Contact Forms
- Integration into Meta Business Manager, WhatsApp Business API, TikTok, and Telegram
2. User Eligibility
You must be 18+ and authorized to act on behalf of your business.
3. Account & Access
- You may be asked to invite us into your Meta Business Manager or share temporary access to TikTok (we recommend changing your password after setup).
- WhatsApp and Telegram only require your business number.
4. Setup & Payment
- 7-day free trial available.
- Initial setup fee = monthly plan cost.
- Payment required after trial via official channels (MPESA, card, bank transfer).
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly.
- After contact limit is exceeded, KES 800 is charged per 500 extra contacts.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only possible for unrendered services and take up to 14 days.
- If the setup has been completed or service accessed, refunds are not possible.
- Refund requests must be made via our official support form within 7 days of the incident.
6. Usage Limits & Fair Use
- You must not abuse automation features, spam users, or violate Meta, TikTok, or Telegram policies.
- Failure to comply may lead to suspension or termination.
7. Modifications & Termination
- We may update or change features with or without notice.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in breach of terms or those engaging in suspicious activity.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nzoka AI is not liable for:
- Downtime or changes in social media APIs
- Booking errors caused by user misconfiguration
- Misinterpretation of AI-generated replies
- Revenue loss due to over-reliance on automation
9. Governing Law
All disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
